DECORATIVE
& LOAD BEARING POLYMER ROUND COLUMNS
Round,
polymer columns are architecturally tapered. The bottom
1/3 of the shaft height remains the same diameter
and the top 2/3’s of the shaft height gradually
taper to a smaller diameter at the top creating a
more appealing effect.
The
capital & base come as separate parts from the
column shaft. They fit over the shaft and slide into
place.

There
are two benefits to this:
ONE: Installation purposes. They cover the installation
brackets for finishing purposes
TWO: Height modification. The column height can be
adjusted easily and beautifully.
Pricing includes the column shaft as well as a tuscan
capital & base. For decorative capital pricing,
please follow the link below. (Please remember, when
ordering decorative capitals, an attic base will be
substituted for the tuscan base. This will make your
column architecturally correct).
Architectural polymer columns are available split
for reassembly around structural steel or wood supports.
